The energy forecast for today is...
A tornado (again) only this time, the image is of you directly in the heart, the vortex of the storm, at the opening of the top of the funnel. As time and life are speeding up and the momentum of change is being kicked into high gear, we are being asked to find stillness by breathing into our hearts and remaining centered there so that our faith and our fortitude are not withered away. This is about drama, and chaos, and lots of really intense motion as life, as we know it, is tossed into the blender in order that it can become the new mix of what it needs to be. This is about you remaining detached and removed while the transformational winds of change do their thing. This is about and witnessing all of what goes on all around or outside of you while knowing that you always can choose to remain in a place of peace inside. There is a need to center at this time, but the forecast calls for anchoring not so much into the earth as usual, but rather into the space of your heart. As you become grounded in your heart center, you will find the peace and the calm that will sustain you through any turbulence or commotion that may arise in these great times of transition and change.
By staying heart-centered, you will be less motivated to react to what others are doing or saying or to what may be happening within your world. You will feel safe and content in the heart space and in this space, there is much less of a pull to get aroused by the ups and the downs of life or by the cyclical rhythms of change. In the heart space, you simply Know that everything is ok and exactly as it needs to be (even when it doesn't appear to be that way and even when it's turned upside down). And with the foreseeable changes on the horizon of this month and throughout the year, a place of contentedness and faith is a very good place to be.
Change is good. And the more you remain centered in your heart, the more at home you are with the nature of change and how it shifts and moves you through space and time. To all change there is a cycle. There is a way of becoming and transforming that is derived from leaving behind what once was. In order for change to occur, something must become what it once was not and must become undone from what it was. This is the part that we fear. We become comfortable in the familiar and resistant to the unknown. The unknown, though, is where all of the potential is. In the unknown is the genesis, is the spark, and the birth of what will Be.
Center in grace and prepare for the genesis of you and of the world as you know it. Once this tornado subsides, there will be aspects of the world, and of life, that will, in many ways, be unrecognizable. This is to be expected and revered. Could the flower really be recognizable from the seed? Could the new you really compare to the old? You know that you are in the midst of change and that the purpose of it is in the betterment of your soul. Allow for all things to be kicked up by the powerful forces that be so that whatever needs to be left behind can be blown away and whatever needs to remain can be polished. Trust in life, as breathtakingly scary or startling as it may be. Life is not to be feared, and neither is the principle of change. All that deserves your energy or attention right now is your heart-base stillness and a commitment to remaining centered in grace, through all things. And in focusing your energy in, and living from the place of the heart, all the rough edges of doubt and of fear are smoothed away.
Today is a portal day, a day of change full of windows of possibility and opportunities to do it different. Pay attention to the ways that you are allowing for things to be new and for things to unfold in their own way and time. Notice where and when you need to breathe more deeply into the still place and slow down so that your thoughts or your fears do not get the best of you. Change is happening all around us (the tornado), and within. Your reaction to it can be altered today as you give up the need to 'do' something about whatever is transpiring and step into a neutral space. This is a threshold advancement, and one you should be commended for, as all of humanity throughout time has reacted to change in fear, the coming of love and the bridge of neutrality offer you the experience of grace-filled movement and, dare I say, an end to the suffering that the fear-induced resistance supplied. Hooray for you and your efforts to make it new, to do it differently, to find the peace, and to honor the evolution of you!
Get excited, change is upon us, and you are right where you need to be in juxtaposition for your everything to unfold. Right before your eyes, the rainbows will appear, and all that will be left to do is run and retrieve the long awaited gold. Stay believing in these miracles while you hole up in the heart and hold space for these remarkable and transformational times. It's called stargazing, baby. And the stars being born are within you.
